As you all know, we are specialized on looking at the worst-case side of things, because we ‘hunt’ for the Black Swan events. Many are now assuming the worst possible things to come out of the rapprochement of Presidents Trump and Putin. There’s some credibility in their fears, like I noted on Tuesday, but generally these fears are over-blown (on purpose).
I followed the interaction between the two Presidents closely during the first term of President Trump. Based on that, I want to present something of a first look of what may come out of the reheating of the Russo-USA relationships. To note, I moved the publication of this for today, because I wanted to think about this a bit longer (likely to do this in the future too).
